This is Jac. I lead teams to build meaningful products that have a lasting impact.

I am the Product Director at The New York Times Games, leading engagement and retention for a portfolio of puzzle games that you’ve probably played – Wordle, Connections, Spelling Bee and Strands.

Previously at Medium, I built newsletter products to help writers from public figures to independent bloggers to grow audiences and revenue. Before that, I was at BuzzFeed creating games, analytics tools, and content distribution systems. Prior to joining tech, I worked as an independent design consultant for news media companies in France and an art director at an indie game startup

I have led cross-functional teams of talented people to solve complex problems. From leading product strategy, international consulting and teaching at NYU, I am passionate about working with teams, clients, and students to foster collaboration and create conditions to make great things happen.
